We offer the following flat rates and services:

For delivery in the continental US

• orders up to $74.99 ship Priority Mail - $8.95
• orders of $75.00 or more ship Priority Mail - FREE!

•  Unless noted otherwise, orders are shipped within three (3) business days of receiving order.
• All orders are shipped during our weekday business hours.
• You will receive notification via email and/or telephone of any delay or cancellation of your order.
• All orders are sent uninsured; Yarns By Design is not responsible for packages that do not arrive. Please call or email us for the cost to insure your order.
• Yarns By Design is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an undeliverable or incorrect mailing address. If the package is returned to us, we can issue you a credit or refund of the purchase total minus the cost of shipping & handling.
